Are You Smart Enough?

I normally do not read books on the subject of success.  Most are boring retreads of basic principles.  This past Christmas I was visiting my brother Kevin and while at the bookstore he insisted that I purchase and read Outliars by Malcolm Gladwell (Tipping Point and Blink are authored by him as well).   So I did the brotherly thing and purchased the book.  To my surprise once I began reading it was hard to put down.
